Hi! I’m Rianna, the baker behind Letterbox Smiles Bakes. I live in Glasgow and have loved baking (and chocolate!!!) for as long as I can remember. I started making traybakes when I was quite young but back then it was just Mars Bar and Malteser Traybakes for family and friends.
I began Letterbox Smiles Bakes as a project to keep me entertained during the first lockdown in 2020 but since then the business has really taken off and I am loving every second of it. I now make a range of different bakes - the slices are large and luxurious and I ship them straight to your door. They are a really delicious treat (although I might be biased!). I have got a lot planned for this year so sign up to my newsletter below to be the first to hear all about it!
Love Rianna x
Until further notice...
We are taking a short break from Letterbox Smiles Bakes whilst we head off and travel the world - we will be back but not until 2024!

How can I choose my favourite when they are all so delicious?! It's between Malteser, Crunchie or Daim. They’re all so sweet and chocolatey!

I sent a couple of boxes for valentines day gifts and the recipients loved their chocolate traybakes. They thought they wee very yummy and delicious! In fact I think there was almost a fight over the Kinder slice!

Absolutely scrumptious and creative! The boxes are lovingly packed and can be personalised! I have ordered several times and the delivery is prompt and well organised. Amazing cakes, amazing service!

These looked amazing and were the last ones. When they arrived, they were so heavy, filled with chocolate goodness. They taste amazing!

My boyfriend bought me the Christmas box and I can honestly say it was amazing! The flavours and textures of the bakes were so nice - chocolatey and crunchy. Massive pieces too!
