Have you got a question for us? Perhaps the answer is below! If not, please get in touch and we will come back to you.
How do your pick n mix boxes work?
For our pick n mix boxes, you will need to select either 2 or 3 flavours, depending on the size of the box. You will then get 2 slices of each flavour in the box. You have the option to select the flavours on the product page before checkout.
Where is my box?
All our postal boxes are sent out with UPS next day delivery on your selected dispatch date (usually a Wednesday). This means your box should arrive 1-2 days after this (If shipped on a Wednesday it should arrive on Thursday or Friday). If it hasn't arrived by then, please message us! Remember you can track your parcel with the tracking number on your dispatch email.
How long do the bakes last?
Our bakes will last 7-10 days from the date they arrive. It is best to put them in a sealed container in the fridge...or freeze them for the freshness to last longer!
How do I store the bakes?
When your bakes arrive, we suggest that you transfer them into an airtight container (if you aren’t going to eat them straight away!) and keep them in the fridge so that they last longer. Alternatively, you can put them in the freezer for up to 3 months! Make sure you give them a little time to defrost before you eat them though!
Can I change my order?
If you have any changes to make about your order (e.g. change of address, message etc), please contact us as soon as possible after the order is made. Once the bakes have been made and sent out, we are unable to make any changes.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know in advance of the order being bakes and shipped out. Once the bakes are made and sent out, we cannot cancel your order. So please give us as much notice as possible!
Are you looking for something in particular?
Perhaps you are looking for a specific flavour or something a little different? Please get in touch with us using the contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to help!
